So easy, so affordable and such a great customer experience! LUGGit made my first day in Lisbon so much better because we were seamlessly able to leave our luggage with a keeper who met us at the airport and then 8 hours later the luggage was delivered by another wonderful keeper to our Airbnb right as we were checking in. At every step LUGGit communicated exactly when and where they would meet me through WhatsApp and followed through. I can’t wait to use this service again.

We stayed in the Alfama area of Lisbon and wanted our arrival day to be luggage free and Lugg was recommended so we booked in advance. A brilliant service and perfectly on time when we arrived at the airport. Our apartment was very difficult to find, neither Waze nor Google directions helped, but Olavo got very close and dropped the cases off spot on time. To avoid the tourist trap of dragging baggage around on your first and last day just Lugg-it. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks

Great Service and communication

Really good experience. We had Carla as our luggage keeper and she was very friendly and nice. In lisbon there were some delays so pick up and drop pff were later than expected, out of their hands but if you do choose this service make sure you give yourself enough time before and after pick up! Great overall.

Easy booking process, swiss watch operation - arrived 5 minites earlier for the hotel pickup.

So easy! This service is fantastic. Our bags were collected from our airbnb and we picked them up at the airport at the end of the day. Really allowed us to enjoy the last day of our trip in Porto.
