Account management, sign-up questions, and using the Keeper app.

To Start

A Keeper is a Guardian of luggage. Is the person responsible from collecting the luggage and keeping it until delivering it again to the client.

A smile and a vehicle. The larger, the better. This way you can aggregate more services. See Keeper’s Terms and Conditions for more information.

The App of the Keeper is available on the Play Store.

After registering and sending all the necessary documentation the Keeper will pass through pre-validation process done by LUGGit. If succeeded will be given to the Keeper an activation code to be able to use the Keeper’s mobile application which can be download on the PlayStore.

Service

After opening the App on your phone, you must turn the button Offline to Online to start receiving requests in real time.

You have Google Maps, Waze and the LUGGit’s one. You can predefine whatever you like it more.

Of course, you can add several vehicles to your account after their validation by LUGGit. Make sure you have selected the right one when you start your working day.

Each Keeper must have its own account. However, in the case of belonging to the same entity/company, the requests will be associated to it. If you want to add more persons please send an email to [email protected]

The Cable Ties needed to seal each bag are given to you by LUGGit.

Process

First, make sure you have enough cable ties with you and that your vehicle is clean. Before arriving the client, call him to arrange the best location to park your vehicle.

After arriving the client, get out of your vehicle and do not forget your phone. Salute the client and place one cable tie in each bag. Check if the number and type of bags are correct and scan every one of them. Put all the luggage in the vehicle, say goodbye to the client and get back to your vehicle. Before you go, take the opportunity to arrange with the client the best location to meet on the delivery later.

Before arriving the client, call him to arrange the best location to park your vehicle.

After arriving the client, get out of your vehicle and do not forget your phone. Salute the client and take the luggage out. Show your phone so the Client can sign and say goodbye.

The Cable Ties needed to seal each bag are given to you by LUGGit.

You can make as much services as you have the capacity to accept them.

There are always 15 minutes of tolerance, after that time LUGGit can charge a penalty of 2.5€ for every 5 minutes after those 15 minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes in total.

The causes will be investigated and LUGGit will decide which sanction will apply, on a case by case basis.

If there is a theft, the Customer may present a criminal complaint, which will led to a lawsuit external to LUGGit.

Revenue

The Keeper's earnings will be calculated according to the collected bags, the number of kilometers done during the services and the time between the collection and delivery of the luggage.

The Keeper's earnings will be transferred twice a month to the bank account identified during his registration. The first transfer of the month takes into account the services done from the 1st to the 15th, and the second from the 16th to the end of the month.

Yes. Before LUGGit can transfer your earnings, you must emit an invoice of the your earnings from the 1st day of the month to the 15th or from the 16th to the end of the month and send to [email protected]
