The person that picked up the bag was very professional, even though I put in the wrong phone number and he couldnt contact me, he still went to the agreed location and picked up the bags on time, and had me fix the phone number issue. 0 attitude, none, pure professionalism. Had an extra bag in Barcelona that I didn't want to lug around Spain. Luggit picked it up, stored it for a week, and deliver back at my new hotel. Fantastic! Cost a third of storage price at airport and the drivers (Keepers) were punctual and friendly. The app allowed great communication for pick-up and delivery, even when I got delayed for the delivery.
Luggit was the only company I could find that would store my checked bag while I was doing the Camino for 3 weeks. They picked it up at the airport after I arrived and dropped it off to me at the airport afterwards. It was highly convenient, a reasonable price and they were very communicative. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. It gave me peace of mind while walking the Camino.

Safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, we seal them with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
Between pickup and delivery, your luggage is stored in a locked and monitored facility.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500€, and you can choose to upgrade to our flexible service plan, covering up to 1200€ per bag, during booking.

You can make changes (such as changes to time, location, number of bags, or service plan) or cancel your booking at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or WhatsApp.
Please note that fees are determined by your Service Plan (modifications are subject to availability):

-Up to 1 hour before service time: Free of charge changes and cancellations
-Less than 1 hour before service time: €5.00 fee for changes | €17.50 fee for cancellations
Basic Plan
-Up to 24 hours before service time: Free of charge changes and cancellations
- Less than 24 hours before service time: €5.00 fee for changes | €10.00 fee for cancellations.
- Less than 1 hour before service time: €5.00 fee for changes | €17.50 fee for cancellations.
Important: Failure to show for the service might result in the full service value being charged for both plans.
