This service was a God-send since we could not access our AirBnB unit until several hours after arriving at the Lisbon airport.  Vitor was timely, and patient when our luggage was delayed.  Delivery to our location was on time and efficient.

LUGGit saved the day! I had planned to store my carry on at the airport only to discover their luggage service was no longer available. LUGGit had someone there within 25 mins to pick up my bag. They securely locked it and off they went. I was able to enjoy my 10 hour lay over luggage free and explore the city. They were on time at the requested delivery time and kept me updated. What a fantastic experience!

Great service for an easy arrival to Lisbon. Eight pieces luggage for our group of three couples, four hours before check in at our airbnb. Easy drop pick up and drop off. Helped free us from lugging the luggage around the city for four hours.

I‘ve never used an app for my luggage before. In the beginning I was even a bit unsure about it, but then from the 1st contact on, the team of Luggit was so trustful, friendly and professional. Everything worked out really well (gave them my luggage for more than 2 weeks). I can really recommend the app and will definitely use it again! Thanks Luggit, you are great :)

Big recommendation :)

Very recommendable! We took our bikes to Portugal and faced the challenge to leave the bike suitcases somewhere, while we where bike packing from Porto to Lisbon. LLUGGit was very helpful and kept our bags for the first week and then delivered them to Lissabon. Without them, we couldn’t have done the trip. Always friendly and quick response. Very good service overall!

Didn’t know about this service, but this is great! 

Airbnb host told us about it. App and website work great, driver was right on time and we even could follow him on his way to us. 

Bags were there at the pick up point hours later, so we could spend the whole day without our big bags in the city Lisbon.

Great experience. Excellent and detailed customer service, it could not have been better. I hope they expand to other countries soon.
We arrived quite early, and this service was recommended by our Airbnb host as the apartment was not available yet. The initial contact was via the app, but then all communication happened via WhatsApp, which was really helpful. Pickup and delivery where timely.
