Service was swift and perfectly on time. My keeper Alae was very nice. It’s only been 2 hours since I collected my parcel but I’ve already recommended LUGGit to 7 people! Will defo use it again.

We were staying in Lisbon and took a 3 day trip to the Algarves. We needed to store our luggage and used LUGGit. I was easily able to book online and schedule drop of and pick up times. Our luggage was collected on time and our delivery driver was fantastic and so helpful. Returning, we came back a day early and had to change our delivery address. This was easily done via WhatsApp. I cannot recommend LUGGit enough. Response time on WhatsApp was within seconds, I was kept up to date on the status of delivery, and notified when they were outside. Both delivery drivers arrived on time and were both very pleasant and helpful, as was Jaime who corresponded with me on WhatsApp. Service 10/10!! I definitely recommend LUGGit and will us them again in the future!
Arrived on time and made all the necessary adjustments when we were delayed at the airport getting through customs. Positive experience, would use them again.

The time the keeper came to pick was accurate and even a bit early which was perfect for us. They connect us kindly in each step in the process, and was very kind and paacieent when we wrote the address wrong. When coming to drop the suitcases they came exctly on time. We highly recommend about this service!

I had no idea this service existed. It was great! It basically gave us a whole extra day in Barcelona because we didn’t have to worry about our luggage between checking out from our accommodation and arriving at the airport. We had an excellent experience with LUGGit and would definitely use them again. Carla met us at Porto airport to collect our bags and dropped them at our apartment later that afternoon. Our flight was delayed and it took forever to get through passport control but Carla was kind, cheerful and helpful and took all the stress out of it! The app helped co-ordinate the pick up (and drop off) and she spoke great English so we could speak on the phone while the delays were going on. Fantastic service and a great start to our holiday!
Excellent experience with luggit in Lisbon. Bags were picked up on time from airport and dropped of in timely fashion. The app interface is also very helpful
