There was a 30 min delay for the pic up but they kept informing us of the progress and reimbursed 8eu for the inconvenience. Delivery was uneventful Personnel was great. Wonderful service!
An extremely efficient service, which made our last day in Barcelona so much easier without carrying our bags around or having to pick them up from left luggage. Our bags were collected on time from our apartment and dropped off as arranged at the airport. Would highly recommend this service and such a reasonable price as well.

Honestly great service and great customer service too. They were communicative, and very patient and accommodating. Storing my luggage in Lisbon then sent my other from porto to lisbon were all done professionally and on time, which made my trip hassle free. Thanks to the keepers too 🙏🏻

Just in time, both when pick up and delivery
Absolutely love this company and would definitely use them again if we get the chance. We couldn't leave our luggage at the hotel when we checked out and they recommended LUGGit. Organised it online and was very easy. They picked up our 4 suitcases and backpack from our hotel tagged them all and took photos. We didn't need to be at the airport for a few hours, we were able to go off for the day without the worry of suitcases and getting back to our hotel to pick them up. They delivered them to outside the airport at a time that suited us. We (4 adults) got a taxi from a different part of the city to the airport without having to worry about luggage. They were very professional and friendly and took great care of our cases.
This service exceeded our expectations! The driver was right on time from pick up to drop off. We had a day to explore Porto before being able to check into our AirBnB so this service, from pickup at Porto Airport, to drop off later that day allowed us the freedom without the luggage. The service was stress free and I would recommend to anyone.
