LUGGit is a luggage transfer service designed to make your trip smoother, perfect for those hours before check-in or after check-out.

Book online through this page by selecting your pickup and delivery times and locations. The service is provided by professional drivers (Keepers) that will meet you at the scheduled times and locations to securely handle your luggage.

During the service provision the Keeper status is updated through WhatsApp and the support contact team can be reached via live chat or WhatsApp.

Safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, they're sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.

Between pickup and delivery, your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.

Every bag is automatically insured up to 500€, and you can choose to upgrade to our flexible service plan, covering up to 1200€ per bag, during booking.

LUGGit prices start at €2 per bag. The final cost depends on your pickup and delivery locations, storage duration, number of bags and service plan.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your booking details. Approximately 30 minutes before pickup, we will send your Keeper's information, including their name, vehicle, and contact details.

The Keeper status is updated via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, they will call you to make the meeting easy; just look for their bright orange LUGGit vest.

You can cancel your booking at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Cancellation fees apply as follows, depending on the selected Service Plan:

Basic Plan
- Up to 24 hours before pickup: Free of charge
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: €10.00 fee
- Less than 1 hour before pickup: €17.50 fee

Flexible Plan
- Up to 1 hour before pickup: Free of charge
- Less than 1 hour before pickup: €17.50 fee

Failure to show for the service might result in the full service value being charged for both plans.
