Meeting Points with our Keepers in busy places in Madrid
Airport
Airport - Terminal 1
The meeting point with our Keeper in Terminal 1 of Madrid’s airport is on the 2nd floor (departures area). Our Keeper will be waiting for you outside door number 5, at the end of the platform.
Here is how to reach it:
From the Arrivals Area-Room 1
If you are inside the arrivals area in Room 1, you should head towards the corridor on the right and take the lift up one floor. After reaching the 2nd floor (departures area), you will see door number 5. Our Keeper will meet you outside, at the end of the platform.
From the Arrivals Area-Room 2
If you are arriving by flight at Madrid's Airport in Room 2, you should head towards the exit and go to the right. Then take the escalator, next to door 13, and go up one floor. You should do an U turn, and walk straight to find door number 5. Our Keeper will be waiting outside that door, at the end of the platform.
Airport - Terminal 2 & 3
The meeting point with our Keeper in Terminal 2 of Madrid’s airport is on the 2nd floor (departures area). Our Keeper will be waiting for you outside door number 6.
Here is how to reach it:
From the Arrivals Area
If you are arriving by flight at Madrid's Airport in Terminal 2 you should exit the arrivals area, from luggage claim, and then talk through the hallway, straight until door 17.
When arriving to door 17, you should take a lift, located to the left, up to the 2nd floor. As you leave the lift you have to go to the right, where you will see 'Santa Gloria' bakery.
From there, go in the main hallway and straight to exit 7. Our Keeper will be waiting for you outside that exit.
Airport - Terminal 4/T4S
The meeting point with our Keeper in Terminal 4 is on the top floor (departures area). If you are arriving by flight and are in the Arrivals area, you should take a lift to the top floor. Our Keeper will be waiting outside door number 6.
Here is how to reach it:
From the Arrivals Area
If you are arriving by flight and are in the Arrivals area, you wil be able to see an escalator to the left. You should take a lift to the top floor (go up 2 floors). Our Keeper will be waiting outside door number 6.
