Meeting Points with our Keepers in Heraklion
Meet us at Heraklion Port Passenger Station
Free Port Shuttle Bus (Recommended): The Port Authority operates a free shuttle bus service. It picks up passengers directly from the ship/terminal exit and drops them off at the main port exit gate to the Heraklion Port Passenger Station.
- On Foot: Follow the marked pedestrian safety walkway along the harbor edge. It takes about 15–20 minutes to reach the main port exit to the passenger terminal
Meet us at Heraklion International Airport N. Kazantzakis
If you are already at the airport (Arrivals):
- Head to the Arrivals Level (Ground Floor) and look for Exit 4 or Exit 5 along the main terminal building.
- Exit through either door and meet your Keeper outside, next to the Flocafé Espresso Room kiosk, located in the public (landside) area.
If you are outside the airport (Departures road):
- If you are on the upper Departures road head down the stairs or elevator to the ground curb.
and follow the signs until you reach Exit 4. - The Flocafe kiosk is right on the outdoor paved pedestrian sidewalk directly in front of Exit 4 (near the bus platforms and taxi lines).
