Airport - Terminal 1

The meeting point with our Keeper in Terminal 1 of Lisbon’s airport is in the arrivals area at exit 4.

Here is how to reach it:

From the arrivals area

If you are arriving by flight, you should head towards the arrivals area in the direction of the metro. Before reaching the metro exit, you will see a Vodafone shop and, next to it, exit 4. Our Keeper will be waiting for you outside in front of it.

From the departures area

If you are arriving by taxi/Uber to the departures area of Terminal 1, you should enter and go down to the bottom floor of the airport (arrivals area). Here, you will see a Vodafone shop and, next to it, exit 4. Our Keeper will be waiting for you outside in front of it.

From the metro

If you are arriving by metro, you should go up to the surface. Our Keeper will be waiting for you on the entrance road to the airport (next to exit 4).

Airport - Terminal 2

The meeting point with our Keeper at Terminal 2 of Lisbon’s airport is at the entrance, outside.

Rossio Station

The meeting point with our Keeper at Rossio train station is in front of Starbucks - next to the station's main entrance outside.

Here is how to reach it:

From inside the station

If you are arriving by metro or train and are inside the station, you should head towards the "Praça dos Restauradores" exit.
For that, you need to go down the escalators and, on the ground floor, you will find Starbucks. Our Keeper will be waiting for you in front of it, outside.

Sete Rios Station

The meeting point with our Keeper at Sete Rios station is next to the taxis' area in front of the main entrance of the train station.

Here is how to reach it:

From the train/metro station

If you are inside the Sete Rios train/metro station, you should head towards the exit: Rua Prof. Lima Bastos, Zoo. By this exit, you will see the taxis’ area right in front of it, outside. Our Keeper will be waiting for you there

From the bus station

If you are inside the Sete Rios Bus Station, you should head towards the exit following the Metro/Train/Taxi signs. After you have gone down the stairs, you should turn right and go straight ahead until the entrance of the metro/train station. Our Keeper will be waiting for you near the taxis’ area.

Santa Apolónia Station

The meeting point with our Keeper at Santa Apolónia Station is next to the bus stop in front of the station’s main entrance - facing the "Restaurante Farol".

Oriente Station

The meeting point with our Keeper at Oriente station is at the main entrance facing the Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre. Our Keeper will be waiting for you near the crosswalk, underneath the overpass between Vasco da Gama shopping Centre and the Oriente Station, on the side of the station.

Here is how to reach it:

From the metro

If you are inside the station at the metro, you should go up to the surface and get out of the station by the exit "Avenida D. João II" towards Parque das Nações. You will see the Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre across the street. Our Keeper will be waiting for you on the sidewalk closer to the station.

From the train

If you are inside the station at the train area, you should go down to the surface level and leave the station by the exit facing the Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre. Our Keeper will be waiting for you on the sidewalk closer to the station.

Cruise Terminal

The meeting point with our Keeper at the Cruise Terminal is in the parking lot in front of the main exit of the Terminal.
