Great service and on time delivery.. he even found me as I was so lost ! 😂 great communication via what’s app and local calls to keeper . Lifesaver for the traveler that doesn’t know how to travel light ! 5⭐️
Excellent service
Had an extra bag in Barcelona that I didn't want to lug around Spain. Luggit picked it up, stored it for a week, and deliver back at my new hotel. Fantastic! Cost a third of storage price at airport and the drivers (Keepers) were punctual and friendly. The app allowed great communication for pick-up and delivery, even when I got delayed for the delivery.
Luggit was the only company I could find that would store my checked bag while I was doing the Camino for 3 weeks. They picked it up at the airport after I arrived and dropped it off to me at the airport afterwards. It was highly convenient, a reasonable price and they were very communicative. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. It gave me peace of mind while walking the Camino.
Excellent service. Douglas arrived and loaded up the cases in the morning and then delivered them later on, helping us to carry them up the third floor.
Communication was prompt and clear. Pickup and delivery were both on time!
Everything just worked
Very prompt. I inadvertently booked the wrong day and they were able to change the date on the spot with no issue so we could have our luggage with the rest of our group. Very accommodating
Easy to book and communicate with. Trustworthy and lovely staff. My luggage were picked up and delivered on time.
Antonio was wonderful and accommodating. We were running a few minutes late from the airport and he waited and dropped our luggage off earlier. We appreciated his flexibility!
What an amazing service. When traveling, you never know how it’s going to go, but they anticipated our needs all along the way and I was so grateful for the extra support! We will use them every time!!!
We really appreciated this service, which we’d not used before. It worked really smoothly and was very reasonably priced.
The booking process online was easy. The keeper very nice and was willing to wait a few minutes for us, as we were delayed in meeting him.
Great! AMAZING! 10/10
Experience was as promised! Saved us so much hassle while visiting greece. App was easy to use.
Good communication, bagage was delivered on time at the agreed in location. Very good value for money.
Easy to set up, easy pick up. The most important improvement is that the live tracking should let me know when they're headed to me. I got on the app early and while their distance was 4 minutes away from me, they didn't come until 20 minutes later as scheduled. If the app would have said I'm not the next stop, I wouldn't have prepared too early.
Everything worked super fine and was trustworthy all the time. additionally the price was really good and better than at fixed lockers in the city. Can really recommend it!
Absolutely smooth experience!! And reasonable!! Beats using lockers and having to go back and retrieve luggage!
Awesome service. Came off thecruise ship, seen the city and they dropped our luggageoff ahead of time at our doorstep. Highly recommend.
