Responsive customer service texts helped me book and meet the agent when our arrival to Rhodes was delayed. The extra 10 Euro per half-hour charge for the delay was welcome compared to other services that may have cancelled. Our agent was friendly, helpful and prompt at both pickup and delivery. I had a perfect experience with Luggit! They were so communicative and on time with everything. Drivers were on time and very helpful as well. Very useful that they were able to pick up at the airport and even adjust the time last minute when I had a flight delay. Even when I got lost finding the meeting spot, the customer service rep gave very comprehensive directions. I was apprehensive at first, but I’m so happy with the experience I would definitely use them again.
