GREAT EXPERIANCE
The keeper held a sign that said luggit and wore an orange vest just as discussed in the chat and they went to the terminal I specified in chat even though the specific cruise ship terminal E Helix was not in the drop down menu. Luggage arrived at Barcelona airport hotel safe and sound even though I booked it only 2 hours before pick up from cruise ship.

We booked the service in Barcelona and had two small suitcases picked up from our hotel. They did an excellent job. I booked the pickup on their homepage the night before and the driver was very punctual, friendly and seemed competent. He picked up our bags, put a cable tie on them to make sure they wouldn't pop open and someone else delivered them to us at the airport. They gave us an exact point where they would be delivered and I was able to track the driver in the app and he showed up on time too, exactly where the other driver said he would be. The other driver was friendly and punctual as well. The only teeny tiny thing that bothered me was that I tried changing the time a few minutes after booking the service and they wanted to charge me 5€ but that is a negligible complaint and I would definitely book this service again. Usually I try to use a locker in situations where my flight is much later than the hotel check-out time but this service might change that for me in the future. While it is not the cheapest service, having our hands free while exploring Barcelona for a few hours on our last day was really convenient and I can recommend this service to absolutely everyone.

Totally stress free experience and the support and keeper are so nice and helpful. Their flexibility and last minute booking arrangement kind of saved my trip. This is especially useful for airbnb user where normally there is no luggage storage service. I wish they have operations in more cities later in Europe.
