Shared reporting on all the required details both before picking up the luggage and also a regular report and update before receiving the luggage. The driver who picked up was very nice and answered every question politely. I will definitely contact them again if I need this service.

I had made an appointment to pick up our luggage, but Luggit was there earlier tha I expected, so we didn't have to wait a long time. At the airport the keeper was very patient and waited for us untill we had found the correct place to pick up our luggage.
