Just in time, both when pick up and delivery
Absolutely love this company and would definitely use them again if we get the chance. We couldn't leave our luggage at the hotel when we checked out and they recommended LUGGit. Organised it online and was very easy. They picked up our 4 suitcases and backpack from our hotel tagged them all and took photos. We didn't need to be at the airport for a few hours, we were able to go off for the day without the worry of suitcases and getting back to our hotel to pick them up. They delivered them to outside the airport at a time that suited us. We (4 adults) got a taxi from a different part of the city to the airport without having to worry about luggage. They were very professional and friendly and took great care of our cases.

This service exceeded our expectations! The driver was right on time from pick up to drop off. We had a day to explore Porto before being able to check into our AirBnB so this service, from pickup at Porto Airport, to drop off later that day allowed us the freedom without the luggage. The service was stress free and I would recommend to anyone.

I used the service for the first time, and it was super convenient. They took my suitcase from the Fado museum and delivered in the airport. This made my day in Lisbon! What is important, the communication with the support team and drivers was easy and smooth, this way small delays in time of arrival to the meeting points that may be expected in a large city (up to 10 minutes only, once on their part and once on mine) were not a problem at all.
representative was prompt, friendly and helpful. Pickup was on time and efficient, and the bags were delivered to our hotel without incident and waiting for us when we arrived. What's not to like?

Super service ! Nous avons séjourné à Porto et avons utilisé Luggit pour le transfert des bagages d'un hÎtel à l'autre et franchement rien à dire. Le premier livreur a eu un peu de retard mais nous avons vite été aidé par des personnes au téléphone, nous n'avons pas eu à attendre longtemps. Je recommande vivement si vous avez besoin d'aide pour la collecte, la garde des bagages et la livraison.

Absolutely as easy as it gets. We travel a lot, and this is an absolute no brainer when available for days canât check in to hotel or Airbnb until late afternoon but take a red eye flight! On timeâŠ.to the minute, literally. Pick up and drop off!! Easy directions. Very nice people. Felt extremely secure! Would use again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much!
