Our flight was late and then we got stuck in the passport line in Madrid. LUGGIT keeper Kevin waited for us and greeted us with a smile when we finally made it to him to drop off our bags. It was really easy to spend our long layover in the city and not worry about our luggage. Thank you!

The Luggit team was professional, on time, and safe to use.
We used the Service to pick up our luggage from our hotel in the morning and to deliver to the airport in the evening. Pick up was delayed by a few minutes but customer service was excellent in coordinating the pick up. Jonathan the driver even helped to carry the heavy luggage from our doorstep to the van. The bags were tagged and tracked in their system. Delivery at the airport was a few minutes early but the driver waited till I could reach them. The service is very efficient and trustworthy. I wish my ChatGPT research had shown this service much earlier. I would have used them when I arrived in Lisbon if I had known about them earlier. The entire booking process was on line and customer service was very supportive in English and on WhatsApp.
