リスボンに滞在中にポルトへのショートトリップを。１泊荷物を預けました。 ステイしていていたホテルに約束の時間に来ていただいて、翌日返却も時間通りにホテルまで届けてもらえました。 チャックに番号付きのタグをつけてもらえるのでとても安心できました。とても坂の多い街なので本当に助かりました。お陰様で身軽に駅まで行けたり荷物の上げ下げもなく助かりましたよ。ありがとうございました。

Our luggage was picked up from the specified location at the exact time indicated and delivered to us at the airport on time and in perfect condition. Since our flight was in the evening and we didn’t have to worry about our luggage, we had the whole day to ourselves.

I honestly didn’t even know a service like LUGGit existed, but now that I’ve used it, I can’t imagine traveling without it. It was an absolute God-send that saved me from dragging a heavy suitcase across Europe or being held hostage by exorbitant airport storage fees and expensive taxi rides to static lockers. Why LUGGit is Worth Every Penny: Ultimate Flexibility: While the price point was a bit higher than a similar service I found, the flexibility made it worth every cent. Due to sudden changes by the Barcelona port authorities, I had to move my pickup time and location last minute. LUGGit handled these changes seamlessly, which saved my entire day from becoming a logistical nightmare. Incredible Support: After some initial confusion caused by a Google Maps error (not their fault!), the team was super responsive, patient, and helpful. Both the in-app support and my "Keeper" were top-notch professionals who stayed in constant communication until we connected. Efficiency at its Best: Once they collected my bag, the rest of the process was flawless. The delivery to my hotel was smooth, punctual. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the team of LUGGit. They managed to arrange the pickup at our desirable time (adjusting it between the formal available ones on the day of Easter) at our location in Budapest and we took them at the airport after 8 hours so we had time to visit the city without the stress of the luggages!! The guys were always kind and very nice! Highly recommended
