リスボンに滞在中にポルトへのショートトリップを。１泊荷物を預けました。 ステイしていていたホテルに約束の時間に来ていただいて、翌日返却も時間通りにホテルまで届けてもらえました。 チャックに番号付きのタグをつけてもらえるのでとても安心できました。とても坂の多い街なので本当に助かりました。お陰様で身軽に駅まで行けたり荷物の上げ下げもなく助かりましたよ。ありがとうございました。

飛行機が遅れ、さらにパスポートコントロールが混雑して、約束の時間に間に合わない状況でしたが、担当者とのチャットでのやり取りで、無事に落ち合う事ができました。その時の担当者のフレンドリーな笑顔が不安だった私たちの旅行初日を明るい日にしてくれました。本当にありがとうございました。

This was my first time using Services with LUGGIT and it won't be the last.
This was my first experience with LUGGIT and I can say that I was extremely impressed by their service. The coordination was all done on line throught the app and communication made easy through WhatsApp. All ran so smooth that I thought i had made a mistake. But, they were there to guide me and keep me informed at all times. The most impressive part of it was the punctuality. The pick up and delivery time for my luggage was right on the dot. They let you know when they are on their way with information about the driver and vehicle. I was very impressed and I am sure that I will continue to use their service. Most international long flights are done during the night, wich gets you to your destination early in the morning. Most hotels and airbnb's check-in time is at 3:00pm. This leaves you hauling your luggage around all day. This is when LUGGIT comes to your rescue and it won't cost you much. Their prices are very affordable. For a more relaxed and enjoyable arrival at your vacation destination, please, count on LUGGIT. You will thank them and yourself later. Definitely recommend.

Our keeper arrived on time to pick up our luggage and dropped it off at the airport on time. I had tried to book the night before but the App wasn’t working but and Miguel contacted me At 7;30am is WhatsApp and arranged out pick-up and drop off. I have used Luggit 3 times and they are an excellent service. Recommend 10/10

Fantastic service, bags were ready to go earlier than expected - I have contacted team via app and they were able to collect prior to agreed pick up time. Easy to navigate app, booking, tracking of drivers location whilst on route, fantastic customer service.

They were very patient when we got held up at passport control, then were very reliable from that point onwards. We had our bags picked up at Barcelona airport after landing at 9am, the had the bags dropped to our Airbnb at 3pm when we could check in - this meant we could jump on the metro and enjoy our first day in Barcelona bag free

Had a great time enjoying Madrid after storing our backpacks and luggage (10 total items) with LUGGit 8 hours before our flight. Pickup and delivery were on time and seamless. Having our luggage picked up at our hotel and later delivered at the airport was very efficient, allowing us to explore Madrid while saving time and avoiding the hassle of dropping our luggage ourselves. I definitely recommend it!
