リスボンに滞在中にポルトへのショートトリップを。１泊荷物を預けました。ステイしていていたホテルに約束の時間に来ていただいて、翌日返却も時間通りにホテルまで届けてもらえました。チャックに番号付きのタグをつけてもらえるのでとても安心できました。とても坂の多い街なので本当に助かりました。お陰様で身軽に駅まで行けたり荷物の上げ下げもなく助かりましたよ。ありがとうございました。

Smooth and pleasant experience

I'm happy I've discovered this service! Worth its price! Everything was straightforward from navigating the website to meeting the keeper at the destination point. It was easy to check the options and place the order. They were on time, and the communication went well. Our keeper helped us to get our luggage down the stairs in the old building to their car, and managed everything by himself without a question. It's the first time I actually needed such a service and used one, and it was so convenient!
