リスボンに滞在中にポルトへのショートトリップを。１泊荷物を預けました。 ステイしていていたホテルに約束の時間に来ていただいて、翌日返却も時間通りにホテルまで届けてもらえました。 チャックに番号付きのタグをつけてもらえるのでとても安心できました。とても坂の多い街なので本当に助かりました。お陰様で身軽に駅まで行けたり荷物の上げ下げもなく助かりましたよ。ありがとうございました。

Definitely a game changer!
We decided to use LUGGit to pick up, hold and then drop off our luggage in Lisbon. We arrived several hours before we could get into our accommodations, and not knowing the city, decided to opt for this service. Worked perfectly as described! Would definitely use again if the opportunity arises!

Been shouting LUGGit from rooftops—truly the most convenient service for not having to travel with my massive bike box after my race before I headed home. Driver picked up & zip tied my bike box closed, got an update when it was stored, and then great communication confirming the re-delivery at the airport. Unmatched customer service. Thank you again!!

Reliable, easy, on time
Wow! This service was a lifesaver. The keeper was on time, friendly and explained the process well. Communication through the customer service chat was great and I truly felt like my stuff was in good hands. Not only that but customer service went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute time and location change for drop off as my accommodation cancelled on me. Anyways! I’ll be using them again in the near future!
