リスボンに滞在中にポルトへのショートトリップを。１泊荷物を預けました。 ステイしていていたホテルに約束の時間に来ていただいて、翌日返却も時間通りにホテルまで届けてもらえました。 チャックに番号付きのタグをつけてもらえるのでとても安心できました。とても坂の多い街なので本当に助かりました。お陰様で身軽に駅まで行けたり荷物の上げ下げもなく助かりましたよ。ありがとうございました。

Great communication, when our plans changed it was really easy to contact luggit and make changes. Our driver and our luggage arrived intact and on time I would highly recommend this service to anyone who doesn't want to carry their luggage around while they wait for Airbnb checking time.
Really convenient service
Really convenient and frees you up to enjoy the city before talking your flight. Wish they were in more cities. Also means you don't need to go back to the area to pick up your bags like other services, which makes it much less stressful and time-consuming.
The best company ever
The best company ever! Pick up and drop off was within 5 minutes of specified time. A map is provided so you can track the movement of pick up/drop off vehicle. My luggage was returned in perfect condition. I will always use this company where possible. Thank you!

はい、安全は常に当社の最優先事項です。お客様の荷物は集荷時に、サービス全体を通して安全に閉じられ、識別できるよう、独自の改ざん防止タグで封印されます。
アプリ（Android または iOS）からリアルタイムで荷物を追跡したり、必要に応じて担当者に直接連絡したりできます。お客様の荷物は、アクセスが非常に制限された施錠された監視付き施設に保管されます。
すべての荷物には自動的に500 ユーロまでの保険が付いており、予約時にプレミアム保険にアップグレードして、荷物 1 つあたり最大 1200 ユーロまで補償することもできます。

ご予約後、サービスの確認メールと WhatsApp メッセージを送信し、すべてのサービス詳細をお知らせします。また、集荷の約 30 分前には、担当者の名前、車両の詳細、連絡先をお知らせします。
荷物はアプリ（Android または iOS）を使ってリアルタイムで追跡できます。担当者が集荷場所または配達場所に到着すると、お客様に電話をかけ、スムーズに合流できるようお手伝いします。鮮やかなオレンジ色の LUGGit ベストを着ているので、見つけやすいはずです！
空港や駅などの一般的な場所では、スムーズかつ効率的なプロセスを確保するために、事前に定義された待ち合わせ場所を使用しています。待ち合わせ場所の一覧は以下のとおりです。
