We booked the service the first time and it was a great experience. Communication was easy via WhatsApp, quick responses and if needed WhatsApp call. The luggage was picked up on time and delivered on time. We had 15 mins delay to the airport but they have patiently waited on us. Fully recommend this service!

Amazing experience, the comfort this services brings for the price is unbelievable, they were punctual. The only thing is that when they came to bring my bag back the man was not wearing the orange shirt, what made a little bit difficult to find him.

It was easy to set up our luggage pick-up, which was only one call away or even easier online through the app. Carla was our organiser and kept us fully informed of when our luggage was being picked up and being delivered. We arrived at the airport earlier than expected and Carla personally collected our luggage from storage and delivered it to us ahead of schedule...very impressive and above and beyond. Not so good an experience when collecting our luggages. Didnāt think it was so far out after the carpark. The timing was perfect when we collected it though. Ultimately it Very hassle free process, they were clear who was to pick up the luggages so is feels safer
Efficient and friendly on time
LUGGit, was the best decision to make when I learned we would not be able to check in to the rented apartment till mid afternoon. Of course all was set for our arrival and the plane arrived almost 2 hours late. Then the Entry/Customs was well over an hour wait. LUGGit was amazing with the flexibility and communication. The service of collecting the luggage and delivering was truly outstanding. What a wonderful experience and service.

This was literally the easiest and most seamless thing. I was a bit wary about using a delivery service for my luggage but this made everything so easy and simple. I was able to spend my last day in Porto without lugging my luggage around. It was lovely. I would 100% recommend this service again and will be using in the future when I travel.
