Great service! They pick up your luggage for you so you can check out of your hotel and sightsee, and then deliver it to you when you need it for leaving. On time, friendly, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

The LUGGit Keepers were on time at both pick up and drop off. And they waited for me at pick up as my flight was delayed and passport control was very slow. They stayed in communication and assured me they would wait. This was a relief and on less thing to stress about. It is a great service.
The transport and delivery were perfectly organized. The luggage was picked up and delivered right on time, and every suitcase was tagged individually. The communication with the team was excellent. I was absolutely delighted with the service!

We had a fantastic experience with LUGGit from start to finish. The whole process was completely effortless and took a lot of stress out of our day. At both the port and the airport, the vans were already parked in exactly the right place ahead of time, which made everything seamless. The orange vests also made it very easy to quickly identify the team member on arrival. The staff we met in person were friendly, professional, and efficient. We needed to add an extra bag when we arrived at the van and this was handled without any fuss. The additional charge was very reasonable and easy to pay through the app. The app itself was excellent, with clear communication and regular updates throughout. Making adjustments to the booking and getting in touch with the team was simple, quick, and hassle-free. Overall, this is a fantastic service that we would absolutely recommend and will definitely use again.
