The reason I chose LUGGit was because I could choose the time zone until late time I wanted. I was worried about whether my luggage would be well stored and delivered in a city I've never been to before, but it was really convenient, and I could contact the customer center in real-time through the app, and when my luggage was delivered again, it came to my desired location (rather earlier), so it was very convenient. If there's anyone who's worried, please stop worrying. I highly recommend it.

First of all, the luggage keeper Alae. Very kind person, attentive, helped us a lot when we had a situation with a lost backpack in a taxi, what had nothing to do with Luggit self. A big thank you and warm greetings. The service itself is great. Alae was on time for the pick up and the collection of our luggage, the communication and instructions were very clear.
