Support was amazing - very responsive under dynamic circumstances. The keeper was prompt and communicative (in English, which was great for me). I made my reservation same day (very early morning), and had my luggage picked up at the cruise terminal for delivery at the airport later that same day. My flight ended up getting cancelled and rebooked for next day. Luggit quickly responded to my support messages and diverted the delivery to my hotel. Canāt believe it worked so smoothly. It felt very much like a concierge service and would absolutely use this service again!

We are so happy we contracted LUGGit, it made our stay in Toledo an easy one not having to take all our luggage. Every step of the reservation process was easy to complete and when we had changes LUGGit didn't have any issues accommodating our request. It is our first time using the service but it will definitely not the last one!

All was excellent. A staff member took our suitcase from our Airbnb in Madrid in the morning, and another staff member brought it to us in the evening in Madrid Airport in the departure terminal. Both were very polite.
