We were able to pass our luggage over with confidence, and start our day exploring Lisbon. The luggage was promptly delivered at the scheduled time at our Airbnb.
Luggit did exactly what it promised on the website/app. No hassle, all on time, kept us updated via text, took care and 'securely-tagged' our bags. I was very impressed by the high service level and would definitely use them again as necessary.

Right on time, just when we needed it. Convenient-- did not have to return to a hotel to pick up bags, they brought them to the airport for us. Drivers were polite-- all very good!

It was straight forward to complete. We had a few hours to wait between room being ready etc. unfortunately there was no facilities at apartment site to hold luggage, and we were not keen on dragging it around. So it worked for us in this instance.
