We handed over an odd size bag with surfboards at Lisbon airport. The luggagekeeper was accurate, very friendly and helpful. He even helped us putting the boardbag on the roofrack of the rental car ❤️

Very easy to book, regular text message on status of collection also app available to show location of driver. Jonathan who was assigned to collect and delivery our luggage was punctual and polite. Overall great service and saved us lugging our luggage around with us after checking out of our Airbnb, we were able to explore Lisbon for a few more hours before our flight luggage free.

The representative was there on time and was willing to wait for the 3 other travelers. Their flight had been delayed by 1/2 hour. He was very kind and patient. Delivery at our designated spot was on time. It was a great service. I would recommend it to others.

LUGGit 的价格每个行李起价为 4.99 欧元，但最终费用取决于您的取件和送达地点、您需要的存储时间以及行李的数量。

是的，安全始终是我们的首要任务。当您的行李被取走时，它们会用独特的防篡改标签密封，以确保它们在整个服务过程中保持安全关闭和可识别。
您可以通过应用程序实时跟踪您的行李，并在需要时直接联系您的保管员。您的行李存放在一个上锁、监控的设施中，访问权限非常有限。
每个行李都会自动投保高达 500 欧元，并且您可以在预订期间选择升级到高级保险，每个行李的保额高达 1200 欧元。
要取消或修改您的预订，请通过在线聊天（在我们的网站或应用程序上）或WhatsApp联系我们的支持团队，并分享您的预订ID。
您可以在预定取件的前一天免费取消。
对于当天取消：
- 在取件前超过1小时：7.50欧元的费用
- 在取件前最多1小时：10欧元的费用
如果您没有按时出现接受服务，我们将收取全额费用，且不予退款。
要更改您的服务，您可以随时更新您的预订，但需视Keeper的可用性而定。更改可能会影响最终价格。我们将尽力满足特殊情况，例如航班延误。
我们的支持团队在每天上午8点至晚上8点（当地时间）在所有运营城市提供服务。
