The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great. The pickup was perfect, they were there early. Then I had a change of plans and came back at a different day, they made the change very easily and for a VERY small fee. The return of my luggage was also very smooth. I will be booking with them again in a few days in fact. Thank you LUGGit!

What a great experience. I needed to store my huge suitcase for 3 weeks while I traipsed around Spain and Portugal. I could not figure out how to get my bag somewhere ( no car) and three weeks later, come off of the plane, pick the bag up and get to my cruise. Enter LUGGit. I found them on a different review site, set it up (easy on‐line), used the discount and voila! The pick up driver kept me informed and I could follow his progress to my pick up point. He was early! He explained how the system worked, attached the tracking clip through the handles (which locked it again) and off my bag went. 3 weeks later, I sent an update to the Luggit system to let them know exactly where to deliver the case. The driver was hitting a lot of traffic so he kept contacting me to let me know his updated time. Before I knew it, the bag had been dropped off, the cruise line took it (which is what I had arranged with them) and it appeared at my cabin.

Great experience - it was simple to set up the appointment, great communication and very friendly associates and fair prices. I had a hard time finding the pick up point to retrieve my bag, but they were very nice and patient and worked with me to locate the exact location. Would highly recommend and use again in the future.

当保管员收取您的行李时，他们会用带有唯一编号和二维码的防篡改封条密封每个行李。这些封条用于识别您的行李，并确保它们未被篡改。
在服务期间，您可以随时访问您的行李位置和负责保管员的联系方式。
每件行李的保险金额高达 500 欧元，以承保任何无法预见的外部事件。当您请求服务时，您可以激活高级保险，为每件行李投保高达 1200 欧元的保险。
该服务的价值考虑了三个因素。行李的收取和交付地点、存储时间以及行李的数量和类型。
