在线客服非常负责任，而且有问必答，从不敷衍。是我经历过的最好的客服之一。keeper 也非常好，很负责任，也很贴心，仔细讲解送货点的位置。因为我们是要求把行李直接送到汽车站，本来很担心找不到地方。有LUGGIT 真的很好，收费合理，以后只要需要就一定会用LUGGIT 。

Faultless

Faultless, booking was easy and straight forward. We had to cancel at the last minute due to a schedule change and customer support were immediately available via the app and put a refund through while on the chat. Will definitely use this service in the future.

Excellent service fromLuggit

I took their service in Lisbon and was extremely pleased with their service delivery. Our luggage was picked up from our Airbnb and dropped off at the airport at the agreed time. This took away all the stress of carrying our luggage to a storage area for a few hours and then rushing to pick them up to go to the airport. Their communication was excellent with clear instructions on WhatsApp . I would definitely recommend their service
