We used Luggit in Lisbon. They met us at the train station, took our luggage and delivered it to our accommodation later on the afternoon when we could check into our Airbnb. It was a fantastic service and ran like clockwork. Thanks for making our arrival in Lisbon very easy.

Première expérience pour ce type de prestation. Très bien passé. Ponctualité à l'aller et au retour. Le tracking des bagages se met en route avec notification lorsque le trajet du retour est amorcé. Le chauffeur du véhicule a pris le temps de nous ré expliquer le lieu de rencontre à la gare.

Conocimos el servicio en Madrid a partir de una recomendación de nuestro host de Airbnb. Nuestro vuelo de regreso era casi a medianoche y debíamos hacer check out en pleno centro de la ciudad. Gracias a LUGGit pudimos terminar de disfrutar nuestro último día de vacaciones sin tener que arrastrar maletas. Gran tipo Kevin, quien nos explicó el sistema de monitoreo, mantuvo una comunicación constante pero no invasiva durante el día y nos entregó puntualmente todo nuestro equipaje en la puerta del T4 de Barajas. Totalmente recomendable este servicio que además cuenta con app móvil para el seguimiento.
