My experience was wonderful. The service was prompt and professional. When I needed to make changes, I was contacted immediately to work it out. They made us a priority at all times. Our keeper was the best! She was patient, flexible, and kind to us. I think your service is a great way of helping the travelers.
Pick up was easy, as well as drop off at the location specified, gave peace of mind that my luggage was stored safely with the tracer tag. Well done! Would definitely use this service again in the future.
Excellent service and communication- collected my luggage at Oriente train station in Lisbon while I continued with the next train to Porto with only a backpack. Delivered the luggage at Lisbon airport 2 days later for my flight back to South Africa

Estamos muy satisfechos con el trabajo de LUGGit. Desde que uno hace la reserva están muy pendientes a través de WhatsApp y cuando se va acercando el momento tanto de entregar las maletas como de recogerlas van enviando información muy valiosa que te permite identificar perfectamente a los Keepers que se van a hacer cargo de tu equipaje y también sentirte tranquilo, que tu equipaje está en buenas manos con el sistema de bridas identificativas que tienen. Son muy puntuales y los keepers muy agradables. Valoramos mucho también la empatía que muestran, la calidad de la custodia, la relación calidad precio respecto al servicio que ofrecen y la comodidad que nos han permitido tener. Es la primera vez que lo utilizábamos, pero sin duda lo volveremos a utilizar a nuestra vuelta y en futuras ocasiones. Le pongo 5 Estrellas porque no hay más. Si hubiera 10, le pondría 10. Muchas gracias por hacer tan fácil lo que puede resultar muy enredoso.
The process is absolutely seamless. Easy communication and reliable times. My only comment for customers is to time properly your pickup and delivery times so you don’t have to wait at the airport more than needed, however that’s on us, not the LUGGit service.
They folks with LUGGit here in Porto were fantastic and super nice!! They were very communicative and punctual and did it all with a smile. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone traveling.

On time and safe, with very friendly and helpful employees. Hope that this service extends to more cities as some places don't offer a way to store luggage after the checkout.
Fast, simple and efficient. Everything went well during the process, extremely well have to say. The keeper picked up the luggage at the agreed time and place and delivered it back to us at the exact destination location in the airport. The keeper was already there for us 20 minutes before the scheduled time which is great because you don't even have the opportunity to worry about your luggage while waiting for it to arrive at all. Also, you can keep a track of where's the keeper 30 minutes before gets to your location which is an important information plus. During the whole process the communication through whatsapp and the app was extremely fast and decisive aswell. I have no doubts I'll be using this service again whenever I need it in the future for other trips!
