Excellent service, very friendly keepers!
Was a bit skeptical trying out the service but it was a very great / professional experience throughout! The android app was a bit clunky (lagged at times, and quite simplistic), but still worked overall. Had my bags picked up from the porto train station, and later delivered to our airbnb. Was even quite late for the pickup time (15min) and the keeper who dropped off was extremely nice and waited for us for the duration. Thanks, would recommend, and would definitely do it again next time we're in portugal, or travelling in an area with LUGGit!

We hebben een hele fijne ervaring gehad bij Luggit. Er werd goed en duidelijk gecommuniceerd wanneer de koffers werden opgehaald. Het was nog al druk op dat moment en de chauffeur was ietsje later. Het afleveren op de luchthaven was precies op tijd zoals afgesproken. Chaffeurs zijn ook ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!

Super easy pick up of our luggage at…
Super easy pick up of our luggage at the airport in the morning, and then drop off at the front door of our Airbnb in the afternoon on the same day. Allow us to explore parts of the city and not have to lug around our suitcases, which I can now say in Lisbon would have been an awful idea given the amount of cobblestone and hills/stairs. Driver’s/keepers of our luggage were very professional and accommodating, making us feel like our possessions were in safe hands. All suitcases and bags were secured with Security zip ties pick up and cut off at drop off.
Skeptical at first, but resulted in a huge convenience
I was skeptical about handing over our luggage but this service was very smooth: the keeper arrived on time, tagged our suitcases, answered questions and we met at the airport terminal as agreed. A huge convenience that gave us an extra day to explore the city!

This service was amazing! We were met right outside of the train station and had our bags dropped off right by the door once we were able to check into our AirBnb. Even though it was pouring rain, our keeper was very friendly and efficient. Many thanks!

Easy to book and very flexible pick up times. I liked that they inform you via WhatsApp or email when the drivers are a little late, so they always kept us informed. Pick up was easy going and the drivers seemed trustworthy. Also good that you can always call your driver directly if any questions come up and they were right on time at the airport. 10/10, would recommend.
New to us type of service
Never used a service like this before and it was very smooth. I had a few questions and they answered promptly. Both pickup and delivery were on time. We will use them again.
