We are so happy we contracted LUGGit, it made our stay in Toledo an easy one not having to take all our luggage. Every step of the reservation process was easy to complete and when we had changes LUGGit didn't have any issues accommodating our request. It is our first time using the service but it will definitely not the last one!

Vitor met us at the airport and was awesome. He was extremely patient when part of our group had a significant delay getting out of the airport. He helped us with some info about local points of interest and was so friendly. Great communication. The dropoff driver met us as planned and made the pickup easy. 10/10, highly recommend!

All was excellent. A staff member took our suitcase from our Airbnb in Madrid in the morning, and another staff member brought it to us in the evening in Madrid Airport in the departure terminal. Both were very polite.
The company was very patient and accomodating! There were live updates of our luggages as well, which gives me a piece of mind while travelling!

It was the first time my wife and I had used this type of service and the experience was terrific. The communication was clear and responsive, the set up straightforward, and everything worked. We met our rep at the airport, he tagged the bags, gave us suggestions about what to do in town, and another rep met us at the other end at the appointed time. Fantastic!
