The person that picked up the bag was very professional, even though I put in the wrong phone number and he couldnt contact me, he still went to the agreed location and picked up the bags on time, and had me fix the phone number issue. 0 attitude, none, pure professionalism. The bags were picked up and delivered to the airport on time with no delays.

Had an extra bag in Barcelona that I didn't want to lug around Spain. Luggit picked it up, stored it for a week, and deliver back at my new hotel. Fantastic! Cost a third of storage price at airport and the drivers (Keepers) were punctual and friendly. The app allowed great communication for pick-up and delivery, even when I got delayed for the delivery.
