Fantastic service. Booked for our luggage to be collected from our apartment, friendly helpful staff collected it, and we arranged a time to drop off back to us at the airport. In the end we were at the airport early, and they we able to accommodate dropping off our luggage earlier than had been agreed at no extra cost. Super responsive on WhatsApp to our queries giving name and collector to give us assurance about handing over our luggage! The orange vests made it very easy to identify the team

I’ve never heard about LUGGit before my stay in Porto, it is an amazing service. They pick up your luggage where and when you want, and you also decide where and when the my drop off that.

This is a fantastic service. We had our luggage picked up at the Lisbon airport and delivered to a difficult to find spot in Lisbon. The pick up and the delivery worked perfect and flawlessly. Security was an obvious emphasis for the “keeper”. Each bag was locked individually at receiving end while I watched. Would heartily recommend this service!
