Domingo was on time for pick up, fractionally early in fact but we'd factored that in and were ready for him. My tip would be to allow a little bit of extra time if flying from Madrid international as the drop off and pick up area can get chaotic. Overall the experience was great, much easier than lugging suitcases around Madrid all day.

I use it in Barcelone from sagrada familia to BCN airport for Bag of 25 Kg , costed me 43 € , I found it helpful, because I ask them to pick it up from my place at 09:00 AM , and they deliver it to me in airport at 14:30 , so I suggest it .

I had such an incredible experience using LUGGit!! My Keepers Carla and Crisciano were phenomenal. They arrived on time to my appointment and were so pleasant. It was like I had known them for years! They helped me load my luggage and were at the delivery location right on time as well. They both took great care of my belongings and handled them as if they were their own. Would highly recommend this service to anyone!!
