Saved us trying to check luggage for a 4 day trip to Mallorca from Barcelona. It would have cost twice as much to check luggage for the flight. Easy to book, super friendly staff and driver. Definitely recommend.
The company, collected our luggage and kept it safe, you can track it in the app, the communication was so good. This gave us time to explore the city without dragging cases and bags with us, will definitely use this again, our handler Mateu was extremely helpful and friendly.
Everything about the service was wonderful! The pricing was very reasonable, it was super easy to book, and the communication with our keeper couldn't have been better. Support was amazing - very responsive under dynamic circumstances. The keeper was prompt and communicative (in English, which was great for me). I made my reservation same day (very early morning), and had my luggage picked up at the cruise terminal for delivery at the airport later that same day. My flight ended up getting cancelled and rebooked for next day. Luggit quickly responded to my support messages and diverted the delivery to my hotel. Can’t believe it worked so smoothly. It felt very much like a concierge service and would absolutely use this service again!

We are so happy we contracted LUGGit, it made our stay in Toledo an easy one not having to take all our luggage. Every step of the reservation process was easy to complete and when we had changes LUGGit didn't have any issues accommodating our request. It is our first time using the service but it will definitely not the last one!
