어플로 짐의 위치를 알 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 특히 제 숙소는 차로 오기 어려운 곳이여서 걱정했는데, 일찍이 오셔서 저를 기다리고 있었습니다. 덕분에 너무나도 감사했습니다. 공항에서도, 짐을 찾을 때 매우 편리했습니다. 약속된 시간보다 일찍 와계셔서 덕분에 더 빠르게 픽업할 수 있었습니다.

포르투에서 저녁 비행기로 아웃이라 캐리어와 배낭이 귀찮았는데 LUGGit 서비스가 있는걸 보고 신청했는데 대만족이었습니다. 짐을 픽업하러 오기 전에 전화도 주시고 어디서 만나자고 자세히 설명도 해주셨어요. 공항에서 짐을 받을 때도 매우 친절했었고 포르투에 대한 설명 등 스몰토크까지도 너무 좋았습니다. 전세계로 확장되면 좋을 것 같은 서비스였어요.

Booking was easy, communication was prompt and clear, and the driver arrived right on time to pick up my bags from the Airbnb. They handled everything with great care, our luggage was properly tagged, protected, and delivered to the airport well before check-in. What impressed me most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They provided tracking updates and answered our questions quickly, which made the whole transfer worry-free. A perfect service is so worth it

Very close to a perfect service. I had some difficulties on the payment page because the payment was declared failed but taken from my account. Thankfully, a chat agent solved everything quickly. Message that the collector had arrived was a bit wrong and took me on a 400 meter wrong trip, the collector actually stopped right outside the building. Picked up and zip tied in front of me. Totally worth the service not to lug the bags to a locker by Taxi and then have to worry about collecting them later. We had the whole day to wander around and get to the airport in our own time. Collection point was right outside departures so we hung around, grabbed the bags and strolled right in. Saved hassle, effort and time. Totally recommend this and I will consider using the service in other applicable countries. Thank you so much.
