We had an excellent experience with LUGGit in Barcelona. Would use them again without a doubt. As we were travelling, our plans were somewhat fluid as we were dealing with times beyond our control (public transportation, delays, etc) and the keeper adjusted accordingly and kindly. Great communication, great service. A+!

Excellent, effortless service
Pick up and delivery was smooth. Love this service. Luggit met us to pick up our bags upon arrival of our cruise ship at the port. They held them for us for the day and delivered as scheduled to our AirBnB. We were able to enjoy our day without having to worry about our luggage. This cost a little more than just storing our bags for the day, but the pickup and delivery was a huge plus!

Had a great experience using LUGGit. Our luggage was picked up on time from our accommodation and delivered as requested to the airport. This meant we had the whole day to spend was we wished without either lugging our cases around with us or having to return to a location which wasn’t convenient for our return journey home. Will definitely use again!

Los amo!! Me salvaron porque tenía que sacar urgente mi maleta de la casa de un conocido en Barcelona y yo estaba en Mallorca sin saber cómo solucionarlo. El servicio fue puntual, impecable, muy amable y sin complicaciones, además a un precio más que justo. Eso sí no los conocía, ChatGPT me recomendó la app y fue increíble conocerlos. Sin duda los recomendaré y usaré nuevamente si es necesario.

We loved to discover this service. Sometimes you have to check out and then have hours of free time ahead before heading to the airport, so being able to store luggage and have it delivered at a location of your choice is wonderful! Also the communication/information via whatsapp and the app was really good! Highly ppreciated and recommended!
