Absolutely amazing service! Great comms and clear instructions. Victor collected our cases from our air BNB and dropped them off at the airport for us, freeing our arms for our last day in Lisbon! Victor was really friendly and took great care of our luggage. I would recommend them 100% and will definitely be using them next time

Great comms before the pick up and delivery. Driver was also very understanding that our taxi to the airport was stuck in heavy traffic and 30 minutes late!! Will definitely use LUGGit again!

Trustworthy and dependable
Very good experience from Beginning to end. We learnt about LUGGit from our Aparthotel operator and got a discounted link. Booking was immediate. Then they contacted us on WhatsApp within minutes. Before the day of collection, they contacted us with the driver’s info. On the day of collection, driver Miguel came early for pick up and again early for drop off. Was very helpful and friendly.
Luggit was easy to book, and they were easy to communicate with. They answered my questions quickly and clearly. Also our flight was delayed, and they accomodated the change. Our driver waited for us even though we were late.
This service is great since Luggit can help store your luggage while you go walk around the town with ease and pick them up again at the designated place and time! Very happy with the service provided and István is super friendly too!
We did bickepacking in Portugal for 3 weeks in November and needed to store our oversize luggage (2x bike transport bags). Pick-up by our arrival at Lisabon airport= perfect! We decided to use LUGGit to pick up, hold and then drop off our luggage in Lisbon. We arrived several hours before we could get into our accommodations, and not knowing the city, decided to opt for this service. Worked perfectly as described! Would definitely use again if the opportunity arises!
