Responsive customer service texts helped me book and meet the agent when our arrival to Rhodes was delayed. I had a perfect experience with Luggit! They were so communicative and on time with everything. Drivers were on time and very helpful as well. Very useful that they were able to pick up at the airport and even adjust the time last minute when I had a flight delay. Even when I got lost finding the meeting spot, the customer service rep gave very comprehensive directions. I was apprehensive at first, but I’m so happy with the experience I would definitely use them again.
