Great experience with LUGGit
We had a great experience with LUGGit. Our luggage pick up at a cafe (on a wide street, easy for the truck to pull up) was on time, plus the driver called to tell me he had arrived. That sort of backup gave us a good feeling about handing over our luggage. There was a little confusion at the airport retrieving our luggage, but we were able to communicate & the driver was patient a few minutes while we figured it out. We misunderstood Level 3 vs Lane 3. I was able to the online customer chat who explained exactly where we could find our driver. (Note to others in BCN at airport: our luggage was in the truck, which was in Lane 3, on Level 3, paused, waiting for us - in front of the Mitsubishi sign-as explained. We mistakenly thought the luggage would be unloaded on the sidewalk).

The process was easy and smooth. They picked my luggage up at the exact time and place that I've asked, and delivered it on time. The keeper/driver was very friendly. They have notified me via whatsapp and mail at each step. Will use it again if im in Madrid.

Luggage was collected from the door and dropped to the airport, without any fussy or bother. Communication was perfect and bags were locked and unlocked in front of you. Great business, will definitely use again
