We used this service to collect our luggage after our cruise so that we could spend a day in Barcelona without our luggage holding us back. Our luggage keeper was there early and waiting for us upon our arrival and also arrived on time (actually a few minutes early!) at the airport. Instructions were easy to follow and they communicate Via Whatsapp which was perfect for us! The app also allows you to track your luggage and tells you when your keeper has arrived. It was just the service we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend.
