I had made an appointment to pick up our luggage, but Luggit was there earlier tha I expected, so we didn't have to wait a long time. At the airport the keeper was very patient and waited for us untill we had found the correct place to pick up our luggage.

Our Driver Miguel (Barcelona) came on time to our AirBnB to pick up our Luggage, so that we dont have to Carry it around the whole Day after the Check-Out. We agreed, that Miguell will Drop the Luggage off at the Airport at 04:30pm. Long Story Short - We ran late, so we come 30 minutes late (at about 05:00pm). We contacted Luggit after we recognized we run late, but it was no problem. I called Miguel, when we arrived at the Airport and he was there 5 Minuten later. Thank you again! That was awesome! I Fully recommend this Service and will use it again at pur next Holiday!

It was a very convenient experience when we were in Madrid and our flight to Rome was at a late time in the evening. Luggit made it easy for us to enjoy our last full day in the city without having to drag along our luggages all over. Luggit's "keeper" picked up our bags in the morning. Everything was well tracked and documented. Communication with a manager was reliable. We were able to visit a museum and have lunch before we took the metro to the airport. The keeper was able to drop our bags punctually at the designated specific location in the airport, and you are able to track their arrival through a map in the app. They handed off our luggages and we were on our way to check-in. Again, very convenient and reliable.

We loved our experience! The Keepers were so nice! And the service was so perfect for our day to switch between airbnbs but be able to sight see between without bags. Seamless and wonderful. Easily 5 stars!
Very efficient collection and drop of luggage to our home. Slightly late pick up at airport however did attempt communication and traffic was perhaps the issue.
