Konstantino was very helpful, and easy to communicate with. We weren’t sure where we’re supposed to be going after our ship returned back to the Port in Athens, and he is very patient to help us find her he was. I was reassuring, and the communication with the company was very good, and they were very responsive in, even came a little earlier than our scheduled time for us. Great to know there’s such a service, and would highly recommend it.

Every thing worked out so well. The bags got picked up in Barcelona in the morning at our hotel and they brought them in the evening to the airport. They wrote us a message 30 min before arrival to give us informations about the driver. I definetely recommend this service.

My wife and I traveling with our 21 month son had a day trip in Madrid so it was absolutely helpful. We had a great experience using LUGGit in Madrid. Kevin was friendly, highly communicative, and made both the luggage pickup and drop-off incredibly easy. I would definitely recommend the service!
They did exactly what they said they would do. They arrived on time, they were very professional and they delivered my luggage to the airport. Best thing I have ever done since I started travelling as an adult.
