I had made an appointment to pick up our luggage, but Luggit was there earlier tha I expected, so we didn't have to wait a long time. At the airport the keeper was very patient and waited for us untill we had found the correct place to pick up our luggage.
Luggit was prompt, good customer service services! Easy to use and secure! They lock your zippers with zip ties, track your luggage so you can see where it is ! Terrific service that made our first day in Lisbon trouble free!!

Our drivers were on time and very cordial.
Our Driver Miguel (Barcelona) came on time to our AirBnB to pick up our Luggage, so that we dont have to Carry it around the whole Day after the Check-Out. We agreed, that Miguell will Drop the Luggage off at the Airport at 04:30pm. Long Story Short - We ran late, so we come 30 minutes late (at about 05:00pm). We contacted Luggit after we recognized we run late, but it was no problem. I called Miguel, when we arrived at the Airport and he was there 5 Minuten later. Thank you again! That was awesome! I Fully recommend this Service and will use it again at pur next Holiday!
Luggitt picked up our bags on time and delivered on time. They secured our bags with zip ties and communication was fantastic. Trust them!

Fue muy fácil contratar el servicio, en general la comunicación fue buena, salvo que no recibí el mensaje con los datos del keeper, pero tan pronto como los solicité me los proporcionaron y de ahí en adelante estuvimos en comunicación; muy puntuales al recoger y entregar
