Our drivers were on time and very cordial.
Our Driver Miguel (Barcelona) came on time to our AirBnB to pick up our Luggage, so that we dont have to Carry it around the whole Day after the Check-Out. We agreed, that Miguell will Drop the Luggage off at the Airport at 04:30pm. Long Story Short - We ran late, so we come 30 minutes late (at about 05:00pm). We contacted Luggit after we recognized we run late, but it was no problem. I called Miguel, when we arrived at the Airport and he was there 5 Minuten later. Thank you again! That was awesome! I Fully recommend this Service and will use it again at pur next Holiday!
Luggitt picked up our bags on time and delivered on time. They secured our bags with zip ties and communication was fantastic. Trust them!

It was a very convenient experience when we were in Madrid and our flight to Rome was at a late time in the evening. Luggit made it easy for us to enjoy our last full day in the city without having to drag along our luggages all over. Luggit's "keeper" picked up our bags in the morning. Everything was well tracked and documented. Communication with a manager was reliable. We were able to visit a museum and have lunch before we took the metro to the airport. The keeper was able to drop our bags punctually at the designated specific location in the airport, and you are able to track their arrival through a map in the app. They handed off our luggages and we were on our way to check-in. Again, very convenient and reliable.

Very efficient collection and drop of luggage to our home. Slightly late pick up at airport however did attempt communication and traffic was perhaps the issue.

this was a fantastic service that I would recommend to anyone that has some time before a check-in or after an early check-out and want to explore the city without having to lug your bags around. my carrier Victor was punctual and communicative, picking up and dropping my bags off with ease. would use luggit for all my future visits, definitely worth it.
