The communications with LUGGIT were tight, perfectly clear, and they were on top of timely reminders and comprehensive detail. The quality of their service removed any worries about my luggage, better allowing me to enjoy my last day in Porto.

As an older person travelling solo luggage for me can be a problem. On this occasion I left a river boat cruise early morning but could not check into accomodation until later in the day.
