Excellent service - pick up on time as requested as well drop off on time as requested. All of this was arranged on the Sunshine Coast in Australia for my luggage to be picked up, stored and dropped off in Madrid, Spain. Great communication, easy to make a reservation. Good location for airport luggage pick up at LIS. I had two orders picked up on two days, but I needed them returned to me at LIS at the same time, to catch my connecting international flight to the US. I made a mistake in placing the order online, but Goncalves, was very helpful and straightened out everything and refunded the extra payment immediately. I must also mention that his and other communication from LUGGit is very prompt, which I appreciated. The only negative is that the LuGGit app did not show my two orders. It could only display one at a time. I had a very tight window for coming into Lisbon from Seville and connecting to my international flight. Goncalves to the rescue again! He had my bags delivered to LIS at 7:00 a.m. which I appreciated very much (because LuGGit delivery begins at 8:00). Vitor Pires the driver who picked up and delivered my bags (way early) was also very helpful, He stayed until my husband collected our luggage from Seville, and came over with a second luggage cart. Above and beyond! Great service indeed. If not for the early delivery arranged by Goncalves and executed by Vitor, I would have missed my international flight, as I was unaware of the nightmare that awaited departing tourists for check in and immigration at Lisbon airport.

What an awesome service - 100 out of 5 stars. Everything they say they do - they do. You make an online appointment to pickup your luggage, our case - the Cruise Port in Barcelona. The "KEEPER" was on time and friendly. He put on the security tags right in front of us, and off he went. We paid for 2 LARGE bags and the day of pickup (a month later), the app starting communicating the location and ID of the "KEEPER" and the bags were delivered on time and in great shape. Can;t say enough about this incredibly useful service. Outstanding....... :)

It's a super handy service
It's a super handy service if you have a gap between checking out (or arriving) and checking in (or leaving). They collect, store and deliver any luggage. You can book and pay using the LUGGIT app. You see where your driver is on a map as he/she approaches for collection or delivery and can message or speak. For one day the cost for three pieces of luggage was no more than the taxi fare I would have paid. Freed of my luggage I could travel by public transport and have a relaxing day.

I have to admit, I was a bit worried about using this service for the first time. But nothing to worry about. The team are very communicative. Our bags were stored for 4 days and then moved to another hotel. Would definitely use again, we didn't have to lug our bag on a train. Super convenient.

An excellent service, thoroughly recommended
This was our first experience using Luggit. We arrived in Porto on a very early flight, with a lot of luggage, including golf clubs, and couldn't check in until 4pm. Everything went very smoothly, both with the collection of our luggage at the airport and later with its delivery to our apartment. We were free all day to walk around, go to the beach, have lunch etc, unencumbered by all our luggage. Communication was excellent, too. In short, I'd thoroughly recommend the service, and would not hesitate to use it again.
