Incredible service! One of those ideas that make you think ‘I wish I had that idea myself!’. Their keeper collected our luggage on time, tagged it and locked it and delivered it on time at the airport. Free last day exploring without the annoyance of luggage. This was the first time I used this service and I thought it was brilliant. The driver kept in touch with me on WhatsApp throughout for the luggage pick up, and the drop off. Made my life so much easier rather than carrying luggage around all day.
On time. Easy to find at the airport. Great communication! They put tags on the bags that go through the zipper closures so you can be sure no one is getting in your bags. Each tag has a number. You can check that the bags delivered have the same tag no (they show up on the app or you take a picture). Professionally run! Don’t hesitate! Lisbon is hilly enough without adding luggage to the mix!
Wonderful service! Found this company last minute in Spain. We were going to travel by train to a few cities and did not want to lug all of our luggage around with us. They were prompt and polite. Super easy to set up - definitely recommend!
