We had to change our luggage hold times and their service team was very helpful. The team at the airport for pickup very kindly let me retrieve my bag almost immediately because I'd realized I'd left a few must-haves in my carry-on, and they were at the exchange point on time for us to get our bags back. It was such a relief knowing that we didn't have to lug our bags around town, or be stuck in one place knowing that many places wouldn't appreciate all of our stuff cluttering up their inside spaces.
We had no possibility to lock our luggage anywhere. Luggit was the perfect solution. The driver came to our door, the luggage handled with care, secured and stored. At the agreed time we met the driver at our destination and was again perfectly handled. For us this saved a lot of nerves and time
Bruno was great! First time I have used LUGGIT and was very pleased with the service. Everything went exactly as communicated before we arrived. Appreciate the security tags put on every piece of luggage. We had a group of 8 people and 11 bags. Again highly recommend based on this experience!

Everything was as advertised. The app walked me thru everything needed, my bag was picked up for a few days, then dropped off to me at my new location promptly. Would absolutely use this service again.

I'm so happy we went with Luggit while in Barcelona. Easy to get ahold of, reliable and safe. We didn't worry at all that our luggage was being taken care of while we toured the city and waited for our room to be available. Meeting our pick up person was super easy even though we were a little early getting out of the port. He was very good with communication with us. Stating that he would be at our place to deliver our luggage at the agreed upon time stating that he was 5 minutes out. Super super easy. I recommend everyone use the service. Das ist der perfekte Anbieter, wenn man schon vormittags den Check out hat, der Flug aber erst abends geht. Das Gepäck wurde pünktlich abgeholt und abends pünktlich zum Flughafen geliefert. So kann man stressfrei auch den letzten Urlaubstag genießen.
Great service. On time and very easy.
Booked with them on a Saturday night (May 2026) for Athens luggage transport to the airport, and they confirmed pickup on Sunday evening (maybe because it was a weekend). Would have appreciated a quicker confirmation. But once that was done, everything went extremely well. The driver arrived on time for the pickup, helped with the luggage, waited for an extra 15 minutes at the airport when we were delayed, and was quite friendly and professional (thanks Konstantinos). Would recommend.
