Excellent Service — Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved the service from Logi! My suitcases stayed with them for almost three weeks, and the entire experience was excellent. When I arrived in Madrid, they picked up my luggage, tagged everything, secured the suitcases, and transported them in their vehicle. That allowed us to leave Madrid and enjoy our Euro Tour without having to worry about carrying all our luggage around. When we returned to Madrid, I even found out that Logi offers door-to-door delivery to whatever address you choose. I loved this service because the suitcases were very heavy, and we are women traveling with a lot of luggage! They delivered everything directly to my daughter’s dorms, which made everything so much easier. I felt completely comfortable leaving my luggage with them. They close and secure the suitcases, store them safely, and the whole process gives you a lot of peace of mind. And honestly, the price was amazing — almost €200 for nearly three weeks of storage and the transportation service. Considering the convenience and the time we saved during our Euro Tour, I thought the price was a bargain. We were able to enjoy our trip without dragging heavy suitcases from city to city, return to Madrid, and have our luggage delivered right where we needed it. Excellent service, great communication, very convenient, and incredible value for the price. I highly recommend Logi! If you’re traveling to Madrid and need luggage storage or delivery, definitely consider them. You won’t regret it!

Truly Awesome service!!! I booked this service the night before my cruise was docking. I received communication shortly after booking the service. My driver, Ricardo was early and I was able to drop off my luggage before my scheduled time. The instructions throughout were very clear. I scheduled pickup from the cruise port and drop off at the airport. Drop off was also very simple and on time. I definitely would recommend the service & will be using again.
Amazing service all the way through and very intuitive app. But the best part of it was having actual human beings instead of chatbots to sort out an inconvenience we had due to a delay flight. They were reacheble in just a few minutes and helped us rescheduled our lugagge delivery. Will definitely recommend and use again when I need it.
