It is a fantastic service . The couriers are reliable and on time for pickup and drop off . You can have constant communication with the company and the app is a great help with the location of the van and driver when coming to meet you. You always feel safe your bags are in safe and reliable hands.
The process to book was easy
The process to book was easy, the rep was at the airport in less than 35 mnts, the luggage was delivered to our location right on time. Antonio was very cordial and professional and so for the delivery rep. Great service.

... da wir bei der Abreise aus unserer Ferienwohnung keine Möglichkeit hatten, wie etwa in einem Hotel, unsere Koffer bis zum Abflug zu deponieren. Der Ablauf verlief problemlos: Der Fahrer holte unsere Koffer pünktlich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt ab und versah sie mit einem codierten Anhänger. Am Flughafen konnten wir unsere Koffer dann zur vereinbarten Zeit und am vereinbarten Ort problemlos entgegennehmen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns gepasst.
