I used the service for the first time, and it was super convenient. They took my suitcase from the Fado museum and delivered in the airport. This made my day in Lisbon! What is important, the communication with the support team and drivers was easy and smooth, this way small delays in time of arrival to the meeting points that may be expected in a large city (up to 10 minutes only, once on their part and once on mine) were not a problem at all.
representative was prompt, friendly and helpful. Pickup was on time and efficient, and the bags were delivered to our hotel without incident and waiting for us when we arrived. What's not to like?

Super service ! Nous avons séjourné à Porto et avons utilisé Luggit pour le transfert des bagages d'un hôtel à l'autre et franchement rien à dire. Le premier livreur a eu un peu de retard mais nous avons vite été aidé par des personnes au téléphone, nous n'avons pas eu à attendre longtemps. Je recommande vivement si vous avez besoin d'aide pour la collecte, la garde des bagages et la livraison.

Absolutely as easy as it gets. We travel a lot, and this is an absolute no brainer when available for days can’t check in to hotel or Airbnb until late afternoon but take a red eye flight! On time….to the minute, literally. Pick up and drop off!! Easy directions. Very nice people. Felt extremely secure! Would use again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much!

What an incredible service this was for us and would highly recommend . Took the worry out of our last day of our mini break as we had to check out of our AIRBNB at 11 am and our flight was not until 10.30 pm . Lovely Keeper, Victor came to mind and deliver our bags who was helpful attentive and friendly and assuring. it was amazing not to have to drag our bags around the city . He was also very patient with us being a little bit late in our Uber to the airport . The only issue we had was that we followed the live directions on the Luggit app which sent us to the wrong terminal to meet him..and delayed us further In meeting him .
This service was great! We were a group of 6 women who needed to transition from a hotel to an Airbnb, but had activities planned for the day. The LUGGit team picked up our things on time and placed security tags on each item. When it was time to drop our luggage off, they helped transition everything from the van to our 4th floor apartment. The entire interaction was friendly and professional. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs to store their luggage for a few hours when traveling.
It was my first time using Luggit, and I loved it. It made our last day in Lisbon a lot easier without the need to worry. Our driver Victor was very nice and offered us a lot of help.
Our driver was on time at the cruise terminal and took all our luggage as planned. It was delivered exactly on time to our apartment just as we requested. We would use this service if we ever traveled where it was available and heartily recommend it. It was so nice not having to worry about carting around your luggage until our apartment check-in time was available.
It was easy to book the service, the keeper arrived on time, was easy to identify and was nice to deal with. The vehicle was clean and luggage was safely transported. Overall, it was a good experience (but a bit expensive). Would recommend for larger items - probably not for a smaller one.
