I had a great experience with LUGGit on 04/26/25. Even though Gabriel was only supposed to pick up my luggage from Aeroporto Sá Carneiro in Porto at 11:30 AM, he called me at 10:20 AM because he had realized that my flight had already arrived and I was able to give him my luggage an hour earlier, which was great! Delivery was on time and he called a few minutes earlier as promised. Gabriel was very personable, professional and polite! I highly recommend this service!!
Luggit in Barcelona
We were so happy to use luggit in Barcelona! We only booked it the evening prior to check-out day and it was easily done! As our flight only left in the evening, we still had a whole day left and could spent it walking through the city without our stuff. They also dropped it off at the airport. Super reliable, easy communication, perfect service!

Trustworthy , on time as described at both pick up and drop off with friendly clean service.There were 8 senors in our group and we did not want to carry our 11 pieces of luggage around Lisbon from 10a arrival at the train station until 5p check in at our AirBnb. This service is a fantastic option when you are staying in a rental and can’t leave your luggage anywhere the morning of departure. Easy to reserve online. Very clear instructions and multiple meeting point options. The drivers were all on time and very friendly and whisked away our bags so we could enjoy one last day in the city before our flight. Highly recommend!!
