I met Miguel in Barcelona at the airport. He was very patient, polite, and professional. He counted my suitcases and attached the GPS tracker on them. This allowed me to explore Barcelona before going to the cruise terminal when I met Miguel waiting for me at our scheduled time. LUGGit is an amazing service that I will 100% use again. We used Luggit to have our luggage picked up at the airport and delivered to our Airbnb, and it was perfect for our needs. Highlights: Great timing: Our flight arrived around 8am and we wouldn’t have been able to check in until 4pm, so being able to store/move our bags ahead of time was a huge relief. Hassle-free mobility: We could explore the city without hauling heavy luggage around. Security: Bags were secured with zip ties in front of us, which gave us peace of mind. Insurance: Included coverage is €500 per bag, with an option to upgrade to €1000—good value for the protection. Transparent handoffs: They clearly told us who was picking up our bags and who would drop them off, making planning easy. Price: Reasonably priced for this level of convenience and service. Overall, very reliable and stress-free—would definitely use again for early arrivals or late check-ins.
