Amazing service. Collection & drop off of our bags was flawless, staff were friendly & on time. Communication was great. We got to choose exactly where and when we needed our bags picking up & dropping off - super perfect for check-in/out days. 100% would recommend! Need this service in every city! Made our day x10 easier not having our luggage!
Only thing I would say, is the app didnāt work as it should, however, the website was absolutely fine.

We discovered Luggit at the end of our trip, we had to leave the apartment at 11 am and out flight was 11 pm, and after a month travelling with my family we had a lot of weight. They picked it up at 11 and at 8 they were waiting for us in the airport, so we could enjoy the day in Madrid free of luggage. Great service!
