リスボンに滞在中にポルトへのショートトリップを。１泊荷物を預けました。 ステイしていていたホテルに約束の時間に来ていただいて、翌日返却も時間通りにホテルまで届けてもらえました。 チャックに番号付きのタグをつけてもらえるのでとても安心できました。とても坂の多い街なので本当に助かりました。お陰様で身軽に駅まで行けたり荷物の上げ下げもなく助かりましたよ。ありがとうございました。

I was travelling through Europe and then onto warmer climate and I needed someplace to put a suitcase for six weeks. The handler picked up my suitcase at the airport and then on the day before I left, delivered it to my hotel. Everything went very smoothly.

Luggage was picked up from our apartment and delivered to the train station on time; great communication throughout the whole process. This was so much better than having to take the luggage to the station ourselves in the morning. It just gave us more freedom & time.
Luggit did exactly what they were asked to do. They were at the pickup location on time and returned our luggage at the requested place and time at a fair price .
I was a little concerned because I have never used a service like this. The company contacted me because input in the incorrect flight # twice. Thank you for the patience. The directions were good to the exit. There were lot of people in orange vests so I sent a text and there was an instant reply. The gentleman taking our bags was very nice. For drop off, I contacted and said we got to our air BNB a little early if they wanted to drop off. Once again they replied instantly. The same friendly gentleman dropped off our bags. I would definitely use this company again.

I was visiting Portugal from America and combined the trip with a visit to Cape Verde. Flying with an extra luggage on TAP Airlines would have cost me an extra $185. I searched for an option to store my luggage and found LUGGit. This was a blessing. I loved the fact that I did not have to leave my hotel to drop off my luggage to them. They picked up and dropped off my luggage. They are so professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They notified me of the driver's name, what he'll be wearing and the time he'll arrive. They sent a link for me to track the driver. The communication, service, safe storage, and promptness are all 5 stars. I'll definitely use this service again and I highly recommend. Your luggage will be safe with all your belongings. They actually place a tie lock on your luggage for storage. Use them!
It was so easy to book and communicate throughout my trip. I realized I provided the wrong pick up and drop off location and was worried there would be no flexibility or a charge however it was the complete opposite! They responded right away and were super flexible and understanding which was a huge relief!
