Iāve never heard about LUGGit before my stay in Porto, it is an amazing service. They pick up your luggage where and when you want, and you also decide where and when the my drop off that.

This is a fantastic service. We had our luggage picked up at the Lisbon airport and delivered to a difficult to find spot in Lisbon. The pick up and the delivery worked perfect and flawlessly. Security was an obvious emphasis for the ākeeperā. Each bag was locked individually at receiving end while I watched. Would heartily recommend this service!
My experience was wonderful. The service was prompt and professional. When I needed to make changes, I was contacted immediately to work it out. They made us a priority at all times. Our keeper was the best! She was patient, flexible, and kind to us. I think your service is a great way of helping the travelers.

Excellent service and communication- collected my luggage at Oriente train station in Lisbon while I continued with the next train to Porto with only a backpack. Delivered the luggage at Lisbon airport 2 days later for my flight back to South Africa

The process is absolutely seamless. Easy communication and reliable times. My only comment for customers is to time properly your pickup and delivery times so you donāt have to wait at the airport more than needed, however thatās on us, not the LUGGit service.
They folks with LUGGit here in Porto were fantastic and super nice!! They were very communicative and punctual and did it all with a smile. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone traveling.
