Kiváló kommunikáció az első perctől kezdve. Az információkat időben megkaptam. Rugalmasan kezelték az időpont módosításomat. Percre pontosan ott voltak mindkét esetben, sőt még előbb is. Rendkívül kedves és udvarias személyzet. Minden gördülékenyen ment. Köszönöm.
I had to leave the place I was renting at 11am and my flight was at 9pm. Walking around Athens and using the metro lugging around 1big bag was going to be exhausting. I got on their page and made a reservation. After a few messages that we exchanged, as initially they couldn't find me a keeper, all went great. The reservation for 1 big bag and two cabin bags came to 32 euro and that included pick-up at my door and delivery at the airport which was 40 minutes away by metro, at the time I requested. If you have hours until your flight they are probably the best choice.

Very good service and first time I have used the service picked up in Porto and delivered to Departures at airport giving us a good day without all the hassle of finding a luggage drop off
I got very fast and clear answers to my questions before using the app. All the instructions for dropping off and picking up my bags were very clear and easy. The guards were friendly and polite. My bags were picked up on time and delivered on time without any damage. Thank you LUGGit.

On time pick-up and drop-off. Easy to reserve even on the night before pick-up was to be scheduled (no need to create an account). The service is very professional. You receive a call and WhatsApp notification before leaving and receiving your bags. The staff is easily recognizable. Also, it goes without saying, no attempt was made to open my bag! I highly recommend this service.
Excellent service especially when you have to check out at 11am and your flight is at 10pm and you have small kids to manage. The driver arrived sharp on time to collect the luggage. For delivery, the other driver has even arrived before the time slot we chose and was waiting for us at the airport. Worth every penny !
Drops went well, on time, friendly staff. The one complain is that they say that you can track in real time but for me, there was nothing on the app.
We used LUGGit to gather our bags in the morning from the Barcelona cruise terminal and drop them late afternoon at our AirBNB. Communication was excellent throughout. Miguel was very courteous and on time at both pickup and delivery. My only suggestion would be if he could have a sign with the client's name. He did wear an orange vest with the LUGGit logo, but the cruise terminal was crazy and it took awhile to find him. Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely use LUGGit again.
They are amazing, kept our bags and luggages safe and they delivered them to us at airport. We even asked them to bring them sooner and they did. So convenient and we had no concerns about our stuff. We gonna definitely use LUGGit for our upcoming trips as well.
I had a full day left in the city before my flight. I found it so convenient. Alan was really friendly and on time, this is a great service as you don’t have to track back to a locker- they come to you. I even changed my end location and it was no problem.

The concept of Luggit is simple but great. Not having to carry our luggage around meant we could have a full day in Florence before flying home. Mario was early for both pick up and collection at the end of the day. Friendly service.
