Great service
First of all, the luggage keeper Alae. Very kind person, attentive, helped us a lot when we had a situation with a lost backpack in a taxi, what had nothing to do with Luggit self. A big thank you and warm greetings. The service itself is great. Alae was on time for the pick up and the collection of our luggage, the communication and instructions were very clear. We would use it again for sure.

This is an excellent service especially in Barcelona when you need to transport a large amount of luggage. They are on time, professional and helpful. Communication is not an issue. Will definitely use them again.

It was an easy process. The instructions of where to meet was clear. And the delivery went smoothly. I was in communication with LUGGit the entire time so we know what to expected. The keeper was very professional and pleasant.

It was much cheaper than storing…
It was much cheaper than storing luggage at the airport, and incredibly convenient since they came to pick up my bags from where I was and delivered them to my desired location. What I appreciated most was how quickly they responded whenever I contacted them to make changes to my schedule. The driver was also very kind and professional.

Great service
If you ever go thru customs in Lisbon, be wary of the LONG wait time to get thru and then pick up your bags. Our luggit staff waited patiently for us. After two hours, they were still there and we only had to pay 10 euros for the schedule change. They are top notch!
